| MOSFET Modules |
| Powerex MOSFET Modules are designed for use in low voltage, high current switching applications. Each module consists of six MOSFET switches with low Rds(on) and a fast recovery body diode to yield low loss. All components and interconnects are isolated from the heat sink baseplate. This offers simplified system assembly and thermal management. One package covers the entire line-up of products available. The flow through power design simplifies bus bar layout.
